Our family found the coolest way to dig in to your surroundings while solving puzzles, etc. We booked a Family Mystery Picnic in Coconut Grove through AmazingCo ! We’re so hooked that we also booked their Islamorada adventure in the near future. So, here’s how it went down, and below are the messages we got as we solved hint by hint on our phones.
Today you’ll be making your way around Coconut Grove on a wonderful mystery picnic adventure!
The experience involves a series of stops that will have you discovering local hidden gems. To discover each stop you’ll need to solve clues and riddles. The day is designed to be just a little bit challenging but always fun, so give the clues your best shot but don’t worry if you can’t solve them because there are hints along the way and the answer is also readily available if you are really stuck!
Once you solve each clue you’ll unlock the name of your next destination. Make your way there and once you arrive at each store you can click the “Pickups” icon that will appear at the bottom of the screen and show this in store to pick up your items! Quick tip: sometimes stores have casual staff who aren’t familiar with the experience, if this happens just explain what you’re there for and they’ll collect someone else to look after you.
As you go through your clues you’ll notice things like “More to Explore” and other general information like where to buy a great coffee. These are optional extras you can elect to do or skip – it is completely up to you!
Oh and don’t forget to take plenty of pictures along the way. We are making memories after all 🙂
